Shearfab Limited was formed in 1990 at a factory in Widnes, in the North West of England. Continual growth and significant investment in the company has allowed it to expand onto new and bigger premises, 32,000 ft, 3 factories over 4 acres.

Our fully equipped fabrication facilities now include:

• CAD studio (8 stations). 3D & 2D Design capability.
• 45 station AMADA EMZ3610NT CNC punch, Amada MP300 autoloader, complete with AMADA TOGU tool grinder
• 3m AMADA guillotine
• 3m AMADA press brakes x 3
• ACF corner former
• Ehrt Fully automatic copper CNC punch
• KERF CNC plasma cutter 4-25mm Thickness
• 6 tonne overhead crane x 3
• Welding of stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium
• Powder coating factory, with automated phosphate pre-treatment, two box ovens, two spray booths
• Fleet of delivery vehicles

In March 2008 a new management team, led by Miles Brookes, Andy Carter and John Tollitt took over the development of the company in order to meet the challenges and build a solid foundation for the future.
